UCC Information Desk

The UCC Information Desk is the central point of contact for hosting, hardware operations, and services questions for the University Competence Center (UCC) and Academic Competence Center (ACC).
Other questions on a variety of topics such as faculty curricula can be found in the UA Library area. General discussions specific to curricula can be shared in the "UA Library Reference Desk" discussion forum (Learn more).
Solutions to many questions are detailed in the "UCC and ACC Information Desk" discussion forum. We encourage you to search there first for an answer to your questions.

UA LIBRARY FORUMS
Each discipline with University Alliances content has a help desk discussion forum in the UA Library available to all member faculty utilizing SAP software in the classroom.
If you have questions about specific course materials or are struggling to resolve an error message when executing an exercise, this is the place to search prior posts for an immediate solution or post a question.
Members are encouraged to post solutions to problems and share best practices. With participation from the global community, the help desk forums will quickly be populated with the most frequently asked questions.

Contact Your UCC or ACC
Member faculty should continue to go directly to their UCC/ACC for the following types of questions:
Services
• Hotline for assistance with immediate incidents
• Forwarding of incidents to the SAP First Level Customer Support (FLCS) or the SAP remote support
Hardware Operations
• Backup/recovery services to the degree that is common for a university computing center (only UCC)
• Upgrading SAP software if and when necessary and desired (only UCC)
