IBM Takes University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to the Cloud

IT Bottleneck: SAP Is Running Out Of Talents

IT professionals with profound knowledge of SAP products and the ability to create individual enterprise solutions for customers are getting more and more rare; jobs are vacant and salaries for top experts have gone up dramatically. "SAP architects and sales experts are very hard to find," said Les Berridge, an executive with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Lubar School’s SAP expertise boosts business and students

Even in today's high-tech world, many of us don't know about SAP, the worldwide market leader in enterprise business software. But if you have an iPad and order on iTunes, find those trendy Skullcandy earbuds in stock, or enter the Disneyland gates, those experiences are all happening on SAP software.

Sandra Mollberg, who will graduate in December with a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Information Technology Management, received the Lubar Scholarship, which she credits with helping her "focus on her education and career."As one of only five SAP University Competence Centers (UCC) in the world, the Lubar School of Business at UWM is helping to keep students competitive in the global marketplace by providing them with critical SAP education.

SAP University Alliances Program Welcomes IE Business School and SUPINFO International University

November 10, 2011 

SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Madrid-based IE Business School will join SAP University Alliances, launching the program in Spain. The company also welcomed top-ranked French university SUPINFO to the program. The announcement was made at SAPPHIRE NOW + SAP TechEd, being held as co-located events in Madrid from November 8-10.

IE Business School is the first SAP University Alliances program member in Spain. To launch the program in the country, an official signing ceremony is scheduled for November 11, 2011, to be held at the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain in Madrid. Government and industry representatives along with professors and lecturers from academic institutions will attend.

SAP teams up with Vietnam universities in software training

Varsity, software firm tackle unemployment

Covenant University (CU), Otta, Ogun State, has partnered German software manufacturing firm, SAP, to equip graduates of the institution with technological skills necessary to compete in the economy.

According to the partners, the affiliation, which is in two levels, Corporate Master's Programme and SAP University Alliances, will enable graduates of Covenant University possess essential business and technological skills, to enjoy significant advantage over their peers.
