The Role of Solaris in Support of SAP Enterprise Applications New!

The current environment represents the next in the series of challenges that demand a new structure for the enterprise computing platform. Cloud computing offerings at various levels of the software stack, the viability of virtualization at scale, new generations of enterprise software such as SAP Business Suite 7, and the increasing corporate emphasis on Green IT and sustainability are forces sufficient to initiate a new era of platform restructuring.
