During the implementation, an easier user interface was needed to improve the user experience for the end user and to make the transition onto the new platform easier. The company's solution was to build a new user interface on top of the three systems based on Web Dynpro and SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI).This session shows you how to solve customer issues with help of the enterprise services architecture.
