ABAP is a vibrant, evolving language with an overwhelming multitude of choices of how to fulfill a given task. In order to answer the question of which choices to follow, the ABAP Language group has published an "ABAP Programming Guide" recently. This workshop concentrates on the most important recommendations of the guide and provides you with practical examples - for example, usage of ABAP objects in application programming or "separation of concerns" in user interface programming. The aim of the workshop shows you that the "ABAP Programming Guide" is not only a theoretical paper that is nice to have, but how you can use it in your daily praxis to the advantage of your application programs.

Good encouragement to apply the standards, but not a lot of substance in this one.
