SAP Mobile Solutions, such as Mobile Asset Management (MAM), Mobile Sales R/3 (MSR) or SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD), are using the DB2 Everyplace database already today. For those SAP solutions, DB2 Everyplace offers rich query and data modification capabilities that provide you the right relational infrastructure needed to process your data on the mobile device efficiently. For new customers who would like to give Mobile Infrastructure 2.5 and DB2 Everyplace a try before buying it, the DB2 Everyplace SDK for SAP offers them the oppportunity to do so. It is also useful for customers, who would like to prototype their application with DB2 Everyplace and Mobile Infrastructure before obtaining licences for them from SAP. The DB2 Everyplace SDK can be used on Mobile Infrastructure 2.5 SP14 and higher.
