In this article we introduce Enterprise Information Management in the context of SOA by a case study to you. We start with the discovery of SOA artifacts and integration content in the ES Repository for handling master data. Afterwards we will show how to integrate customer master data from diverse applications into SAP NetWeaver MDM. For migrating huge volumes of data SAP BusinessObjects Data Services is used which includes automated cleansing, matching and auto-merging of master data.
