Validation and Virtualization of SAP Enterprise SOA Applications with iTKO LISA
While SOA promises business agility and reuse value, it also adds IT risk due to SOA landscape complexity. How can companies do functional and performance testing to cover SOA? Replicating full test landscapes for development and QA activities can be expensive and difficult. Services might not be fully developed or might be owned by external providers. iTKO's LISA solution allows to test incomplete component landscapes or even just individual components by simulating the full environment around them. Every web service technology has the ability of building reusable types that can be used in different services. If your task is only the integration of only one service in your WCF application, the standard Microsoft NET 3.5 tool svcutil.exe works well.
