- Incremental builds are smaller, but must be installed on top of a previous version of Crystal Reports Server.
- Full builds are larger, but can be installed on a server with no Crystal Reports Server installed.
- Patch Support and Technical Support will be provided for the initial release of Crystal Reports Server 2008 until July 2010. Extended support may be available depending on your support contract.
